Frequently Asked Questions

1) What is Life Path Healings?

Life Path Healings is my private practice. I offer quiet, experiential sessions that combine intuitive energy work with grounded conversation when needed. Much of the work is non-talk-based. There is no belief system to adopt and no program to join.

2) Who is this work for?

This work tends to fit people who are intuitive or energetically sensitive and who have already tried therapy, personal growth, or spiritual practices without lasting change. If you’re looking for a calm, contained setting and you prefer direct experience over a lot of explanation, you may feel at home here.

3) What kinds of sessions do you offer?

Private one-on-one sessions are the primary offering. Sessions can be in person, by phone, or on Zoom.

I also offer select secondary options:

• Small online groups (quiet, optional, and not required for private work)

• Equine-assisted sessions (with my horses, Odin and Zahara)

• Nature sessions (outdoors, for people who settle and open best in nature)

• Animal communication sessions (for pets and animals)

4) What happens in a session?

Private sessions usually start with a short check-in: what you want help with and what feels most important right now. From there, we may move into silence and direct work. Sometimes there is guided attention, breath, or simple inner focus. Sometimes we talk. I keep explanation minimal and respond to what’s actually happening in the session.

You stay in control the entire time. You can slow down, pause, or stop at any point.

5) How should I prepare?

Very little is required. Come rested if you can, and give yourself a little time afterward to be quiet.

For Zoom/phone sessions: choose a private space where you won’t be interrupted. Having water nearby can help. If you like to take notes afterward, keep a journal close.

For in-person, equine, or outdoor sessions: wear comfortable clothing. I’ll let you know if anything specific is needed (for example, closed-toe shoes for horse sessions).

6) Are sessions online or in person?

Both. I’m based in the Yucaipa, California area for in-person work. Zoom and phone sessions are available for anyone who prefers remote.

7) How do I book?

You can book through the scheduling link on the website. If you prefer, you can also contact me directly and I’ll help you choose the right option.

8) Do you offer a free intro?

Yes. I offer a free 30-minute introductory call. It’s a simple conversation to see if this feels like a fit and to answer practical questions. There’s no pressure and no obligation.

9) What are your rates?

Rates are listed on the website so you can review them clearly before booking.

If you’re considering ongoing private work, ask about packages. I’ll tell you what’s currently available and what fits your situation.

10) What is equine-assisted work?

Equine sessions take place with my horses on my property. The focus is still inner work — the horses simply become part of the environment and the experience. No horse experience is required. Safety and consent are central, and we work at a calm pace.

11) Do I need to be “spiritual” or believe anything for this to work?

No. You don’t need a belief system. You don’t need to adopt my language. If you’re open to direct experience and you’re willing to notice what’s real for you, that’s enough.

12) Can I do this alongside therapy or medical care?

Yes. Many people do. This work is not a replacement for medical care, psychotherapy, or crisis support. If you’re under the care of a therapist or physician, you’re welcome to continue.

13) Are sessions confidential?

Yes. Private sessions are confidential.

For groups: I set clear expectations around privacy and respect, but I cannot guarantee what other participants do outside the group.

14) Do you work with animals?

Yes. I offer animal communication sessions for pets and animals. These sessions focus on understanding what an animal may be expressing and on practical support for the human-animal relationship. When appropriate, I also share research-informed best practices for species-appropriate care.

15) How can I contact you?

Email and phone/text contact information are listed on the website. If you have a question before booking, you’re welcome to reach out.
